This is a totally unacceptable behavior from a parent
or anybody else. We should not let anger, whether induced by drug use or
otherwise to put our kid's life in such danger

Maniac Dad Dangled Toddler From Sixth-Floor Window
Horror ... the father dangles three-year-old daughter from sixth floor window
THIS is the shocking
moment a father dangled his three-year-old daughter out of the sixth-floor
window of their apartment block after a row with his wife.
The man opened the
window of the flat, which the family had only just moved into, and sat on the
edge while holding the terrified girl by just her wrist.
She can be seen
clinging to his knee and screaming in terror.
Occasionally he
supported her with his leg but most of the time he clung on to just one arm,
witnesses said.
The girl’s mother could
be heard screaming in the flat and begging him to bring the child back inside.

Neighbours called the
emergency services who set up an air cushion below in case she plunged to the
ground. Police stormed the flat
and began negotiations with the maniac dad.
After he continued to
refuse to bring the little girl inside, they rushed him and managed to pluck
her to safety.
The girl is believed to
have been unharmed after her ordeal. Police arrested the father who, it is
understood, had a furious argument with the girl’s mother and was high on
drugs.
